Free Quote

We start by listening. Tell us about your space: its size, what you need cleaned, how often, and any preferences. There's no pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest quote up front.

We Come and Look

We look at the space properly before quoting: its size, its condition, and what you actually want done. The number you agree is the number you pay.

Your First Clean

We arrive on a consistent schedule and work from a detailed checklist. You'll know exactly who is coming and when, because it is the same person each time.

After Every Visit

You'll get a note on what was done and anything we noticed. Questions, changes, or a one-off request go to one direct point of contact who already knows the place.

The Checklist

What's included in every clean

We work from the same detailed checklist every visit, so nothing gets missed on a busy day. Anything on it can be adjusted to suit the property.

Kitchen

  • Counters, backsplash, and sink degreased and sanitized
  • Exterior of all appliances, including fingerprints on stainless
  • Stovetop and range hood wiped down
  • Cabinet fronts and handles
  • Floors vacuumed and washed, edges included

Bathrooms

  • Tub, shower, and tile scrubbed and descaled
  • Toilet cleaned and disinfected, base and behind included
  • Sink, vanity, and mirrors polished streak-free
  • Fixtures and handles sanitized
  • Floors washed, including behind the door

Bedrooms & Living Areas

  • All surfaces dusted, including sills and light fixtures
  • Beds made, or linens changed if left out
  • Mirrors and glass polished
  • Floors vacuumed, under reachable furniture included
  • Hard floors washed

Throughout

  • Baseboards, door frames, and switch plates
  • Cobwebs cleared from corners and ceilings
  • Bins emptied and liners replaced
  • Entryway and stairs cleaned
  • A final walkthrough before we leave
