Yes, always. You won't be re-explaining how you like things done, and by the third or fourth visit we already know.

Yes, we arrive fully equipped, and it's included in the price. If you'd rather we used specific products in your space, just say so and we will.

Yes. Your cleaner holds a current police vulnerable sector check: the same level of check required to work with children and vulnerable adults.

No. Recurring plans are month to month, and you can pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time.

Entirely up to you. Plenty of clients leave secure access instructions and come home to it done. Keys, codes, and alarm details are held directly and never passed around.
