How we work
Every property is looked at before it's quoted. Size, condition, and what you actually want done, agreed up front, so the number you accept is the number you pay.
Then it's the same person, on the same schedule, working from the same detailed checklist. Nothing depends on remembering. You won't be re-explaining how you like things done, and by the third or fourth visit we already know.
After every clean you get a note on what was done and anything worth flagging: a slow drain, a cracked tile, a filter that needs replacing. Questions and changes go to one direct point of contact who knows the place.
The person who owns Belle Vie is the person who cleans your home. That's the whole arrangement, and it's why the standard doesn't move.
What we mean by a proper clean
Thorough
The parts nobody sees get done too. Behind the toilet, the baseboards, the tops of the door frames, inside the microwave. If it only looks clean from the doorway, it isn't.
Like our own
We clean your place to the standard we'd want in ours. That's the test every visit is measured against.
Straight with you
The price is agreed before we start. If a job turns out to need more than we quoted, we tell you first and you decide. Nothing reaches your invoice that you haven't already agreed to.
Accountability
What we're accountable for
Police checked
Your cleaner holds a current police vulnerable sector check, the same level required to work with children and vulnerable adults.
Put right within 24 hours
If something's missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. You'll be talking to the person who did the clean.
Your keys stay with us
Keys, codes, and alarm details are held directly and never passed around. The same person every visit means your access arrangements stay between the two of us.
