Belle Vie Care was founded by Jess — a PSW, social worker, and healthcare administrator who spent years watching the system fail the people it was supposed to protect.
Jess's Story
Jess didn't start Belle Vie Care because she read a business book. She started it because she lived through the broken system — first as a personal support worker on the front lines, then as a social worker advocating for vulnerable clients, and finally inside administration at Community Care Durham, where she saw the full picture.
She watched caregivers burn out from impossible schedules. She watched families struggle to get a single straight answer about their parent's care. She watched the system treat human beings like line items.
