Belle Vie Care was founded by Jessica — a PSW, social service worker, and healthcare administrator. After years inside a broken system, she realized families don't just need care — they need consistency and a team they can trust.
Jessica's Story
Jessica didn't start Belle Vie Care because she read a business book. She started it because she lived through the broken system — first as a personal support worker on the front lines, then as a social service worker advocating for vulnerable clients, and finally inside administration at a large public home care agency, where she saw the full picture.
She heard the same frustrations from families over and over. They wanted to know who was coming into their home. They wanted dependable, trustworthy caregivers they could actually build a relationship with—so they wouldn't have to re-explain their loved one's routine every single visit.
